Just a wild game.  Estrada is 6-4 but he has not pitched well in a month now and at some point they need to think about maybe replacing him.  The good news is the bats came alive last night.

I just saw what maybe the strangest play in baseball history. The Brewers scored 3 runs on a wild pitch and an error.  Wild pitch scored the 1st run, Reynolds scored the 2nd run scored when the catcher made a wild throw. And then Segura scored all the way from 1st base when the pitcher who was backing up the bad throw held the ball and daydreaming.  Brewers now lead 8-2.

Yeah that sequence was unreal. Wonder if that's ever happened before in baseball history. the pitcher not seeing Segura for the 3rd run was bizarre.

close call but aggressive heads up play by JS

Yes.  There were several times where this team could have coasted through 9 innings and settled for a loss.  But they always hung tough and rebounded.  The GS by Lucroy for one.  And each game at Coors Field.  Very tough place to play in front a large home crowd cheering for the best-hitting team in the NL.  But the Crew played tough.
