Phillies beating Scrubs 6-1, bottom of the 8th.
Braves beating Rockies 5-2 bottom of the 8th.
If Sogard plays we win 2 of 3.
Tonight's starter, @ZDavies3 aka "Bat Boy," got these sweet tees for his 'pen. #ThisIsMyCrew pic.twitter.com/wQVrMJff4k

Pressure was on and Davies delivered. Stay within 3 of the Cubs and keep giving ourselves a chance.
Get a W and the they can springboard this to get back in it...
This is the chance for Jimmy Nelson the stamp ACE on his place on this team. Should be fun...

Well.... so far so good. Bad coaching by Sedar sending Mayor DDC.
Outstanding inning ending play by my man Sogard!!!!!!
A play every defensive replacement should make.
YES! 2 out of 3!
STRIKE 3! #Brewers win & are the 1st team to win a series vs. the Dodgers since June 5-7! #MILatLAD Next stop? HOME! ✈️ See you Tuesday. pic.twitter.com/1UqR0m4DR6

Knebel took 22 pitches to locate a fastball... but the hook was working, and he was able to slot the fastball just in time to get that last out.
5-4 trip. Nelson was excellent- definitely making his claim as the ACE now.
Lets get outa August and into September.

Hateful.
Am not surprised at all. They lose 2 of 3 to a bad SF team and they compete like mother****ers against the best team in baseball taking 2 of 3.
Still in this thing
Keep pushing

How's that "free fall" you declared some time back working out for you?
Back on the bandwagon I see.
OK, professional jagbag- they were in a free fall. Pissed away a 5 game lead in a week. Thankfully the .500 ball they have played since has kept them in striking distance. I don't wave pompons- not my style.
You keep being you, f*ckhead...
I'm just glad you don't have the nuclear codes with that temper of yours.
This team just has no quit. I like that CC uses all players when he can. It makes for more team unity and resiliency...you never know who the hero might be. Even though some guys falter now and then, they still get a shot to contribute on any given day or time. Go Brewers!
Still growing as a "team". IF the pitching can stay a bit consistent, ya never know. Next Season has to be all in for organization. I want Uke to be able to call a World Series again before he goes to the big bullpen in the sky.

Passive aggressive Nancy...
Hey you two, stop killing my annual late summer Brewers high. I only have about 10 more days to enjoy this before I know they will become less relevant once the NFL season starts.
You people.™
The starting pitching has been consistently solid most of the year and that's with Guerra basically doing nothing, although he's been pretty good lately down at Colorado Springs.

I just realized....you're kind of like the Jay Cutler of X4.
Hows that?
I quit smoking...
and you're still a passive aggressive deutchbank
sometimes your typos make more sense
Das ist wahr.
I have a yen to tell MC what I really think of him, but I'm going to peso myself so as not to get into a monkey poo flinging contest with King Kong.
