It's California.. The Brewers never do well on west coast trips. Maybe the data says I'm wrong, but it just feels that way.. I have been to several games at Petco over the past years, I don't recall them winning.
Everything is lining up to change that around though.

Yup.. With the top of our rotation going, we SHOULD keep this rolling. Plus, over the past 3 years the Brewers have destroyed Marquis..

I'm no longer worried about the performance of Ryan Braun. 2-0 Brewers.

Guess I should've gone to tonight's game instead of tomorrow. Braun seems to hit well in Petco and owns J. Marquis.
What a strange season for Braun so far.. Crush a HR, then look lost for 3 AB's.

"It's happened so many times I think the ligaments are probably stretched in it or torn," said Lohse. "I should be fine. We just couldn't get it to pop back in. I've done it several times before. I was hoping we could get it popped back in out there and I could stay in the game. Normally, I can get it to pop it back in easily.

Looks like they dodged a bullet with Lohse. He's been pitching great so it's nice to see the Brewers catch a lucky break for once.
If he played for the Packers he would be lost for the season?

My wife was worried when it happened ....cause I woke her up, yelling at our rotten luck.

2 plays that really stood out for me.
Sequra's triple. He certainly has an extra gear.
Yuni's throw to third on the bunt. It was a well timed, well executed play. I was impressed.
Now I'm almost positive with that statement that I have effectively ended the winning streak.
