I feel about as excited when the Crew gets to put its Wang out as Tanner time was for the Badger basketball team.
Growing up around here the Cubs & WGN always went hand-in-hand. That said, I don't blame them one bit for dropping the lovable losers.

After a stinker last night the Brew Crew is back pounding the Cubbies today. A 2 run homer by Braun in the 1st and a 2 out single by Lohse in the 2nd gives the Brewers a 3-0 lead after 2.
And in the 3rd the Crew load the bases with no outs and only get a run at first because of a 4 unassisted and then a 4-5 double play. They load the bases again and Overbay hits a bases clearing triple to left. Lohse follows with another 2 out single to drive in Overbay for 5 run inning.
Ass kicking love it
Overbay hit a double, ended up on third on the throw. Scooter has a double that should have been an out. Scooter also has a play that will end up in the defense thread a little later. Loshe hits like he means it.
Other than not getting packerjoe's vote, Braun will likely be an All Star.
9-0 complete game. The shot of the bullpen in the 9th was priceless.
