I guess Dame can hit shots when they don't matter towards team wins.

He’s having arguably his worst season shooting the 3. Go figure!
It all turns around NOW.....
We'll use this thread for All-Star weekend
HE'S DONE IT AGAIN 🤯

Dame back in regular season form for the all-star game. 0 for 3 so far and all have been off by quite a bit.
And then Dame hits 3 in a row
Pretty obvious they're trying to set Haliburton to be the MVP
Dame is getting in the way of the Haliburton script right now.
6:54 | Damian Lillard makes 41-foot running pullup jump shot | 105 | 132 |
East wins 211-186
New record.
Dame hits a half-court shot to give him 39 and upstage Haliburton who ended up with 32.
At least Dame won the MVP....I guess that is more important than winning the title. 🤷♂️
Pacer fans booing when Dame won the MVP 😆
Dame was 11-23 from 3 in the game including a few ridiculous bombs near the half court stripe.
I know many time he was shooting against air, but he’s only hitting around 34% from 3 this year and if you remove the month of December from his stats he’s close to 30%.
His performance this weekend is really odd given that over the last week (4 games) he’s 9-33 from 3. That’s basically 25% from beyond the arc.
I know he’s dealing with divorce related stuff and it’s not been an easy transition but Dame can shoot 40% from 3 in his sleep. He’s only 42% from the field this season. That’s not good at all given he’s basically a 45% FG guy his entire career.
Maybe there’s some truth to him not wanting to be in Milwaukee, I don’t know.
Last I read, the wife wants full custody of the kids. He's fighting to stop that from happening.
Humans not robots.
I know Dame can flip the switch - it's not about him "not wanting to be in Milwaukee" if he didn't want to come here & play with an inside force Giannis, he wouldn't be here....
You just saw Dame turn it on when it mattered for 3-pt competition & All-star game. Yeah I know no defense....still have to make those ridiculous shots.
They can win a title with this group now that they have Jrue lite (Beverly).
Let's see what happens the rest of the year.
I'll be watching 🙂
I would love nothing else for him to “flip the switch” and they go on a deep playoff run and compete for another title.
That being said, I don’t see it. Prove me wrong.
The good news is if he truly doesn’t want to be in Milwaukee they could get a fair amount back in terms of a trade. That was the issue with them holding onto Jrue Holiday. His value was diminishing and there’s no way Milwaukee could sign him to an extension.

You've been proven wrong before 🤭😁
Me predicting a deep playoff run is a lot more out on a limb than anyone else predicting they flame out early.
It's hard to win a title....it's easy to lose.
Just get Kha$h money back healthy. Game on!
Lol that’s right Boris!
Maybe he’s just not very motivated to play in the regular season.
Let’s hope he’s regained his mojo for the second half of the season and playoffs.

😂 Some funny stuff this morning.
National media was mad about Dame going to Bucks (because they don't want to watch the Bucks), went on victory lap not understanding the coaching situation (because they don't watch the Bucks), and are embarking on an all time tantrum (because they might have to watch the Bucks)

For all of his issues this year it’s good to be Damian Lillard. I sure hope he can help Milwaukee to the finish line this year.
