Josh Jacobs wants a WR#One. How about Deebo? https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/...n-to-seek-out-trade/

Maybe for a conditional 4th
Read he's yet to play a full season. Pass.
No thanks. Guy is incredible when he's on the field but gets hurt too much.
Davante is my guy if they're going after another WR
Looks like Rodgers is available. Bring back Adams and Rodgers. Can you imagine Love and Rodgers both lined up in the backfield? Defenses would have no clue pre snap who WR1 was, assuming at least Love didn't always try to force it to Adams.
The guy when healthy is a monster. The problem is that he is hurt quite a bit, will cost alot to get him, pay him, and I doubt SF will do business with GB.
I love me some Deebo and was unhappy Gutekunst took Darnell Savage over him, but I temper that with he's now 29 and has a lot of mileage at this point.
Nope. Oft injured, and you have a much younger, healthier, cheaper WR in Reed already on the roster who can be that player. MLF needs to find ways to get him more involved. Too often last year, Reed was the forgotten man. That canโt happen in 2025
Coincidental to the other thread...Deebo is probably more like Sharpe than any other current WR. Not as productive but as physical.
Kick the tires IMO. Whatโs to lose?
Don't kick too hard. Oft injured, they say.
Why the fuck would SF trade him to GB?

Isn't that more appropriate for Jeff Janis!?
I was listening to a local San Francisco 49ers podcast and they were down on Deebo. Said heโs passed his prime and theyโll probably let him go. Pass.
The knock on Deebo is he's a terrible route runner and creates no separation as a WR. He's been explosive in the past when healthy but he's more of a hybrid RB/WR gadget guy. Not a WR1
Assuming his best role is a gadget or hybrid player. Those types are fine if they're a compliment to your offense or a wild card that can stir the drink when used properly. But you can't build your offense around that and I'm guessing Deebo would want something closer to that than just being a bit player.
Take it from someone who has had Deebo on their fantasy team the last 3 seasons......pass. He really only had that one season that he was great and has been living off that for a while. He's done nothing the last 3 seasons to show he's worth more than a #2 WR and gadget guy. You could explain some of it away with a 49ers offense that has a ton of talent but last year they needed him to step up and he didn't.
I'd rather they keep developing Jayden Reed. Seem like similar players to me, but I don't know as much as others.
Fuuuuuuck! Washington gets him for a 5th. I'd have gone for that in a heartbeat, or try to trade Jaire for him if they want to move him.
