Bulaga to LT?
NFP
The first-round draft pick from 2010 could be on the move to left tackle
He could be on the move to middle linebacker as well.
Time will tell.

Popular guy these days.
when did this guy start writing about the Packers?
Quick comment on Sherrod:
Given that the Packers are aware of the value in protecting Rodgers...
Combined with the fact that they passed on any LT's in rounds 1-3
Does that suggest that Sherrod's recovery is looking good ?
I hope this is an encouraging sign

Time to put Bulaga at LT. He was drafted to be Clifton's replacement, and he is the best offensive lineman on this team. Aside from that disastrous first half in Seattle last year, the guy has been great. Let Sherrod fight it out with Barclay at RT. A successful flip of Bulaga to LT, combined with a quality center could turn the OL from a weakness into a strength.

Suggests to me that perhaps the organization likes Newhouse a bit better than many Packer fans apparently do.
Given Sherrod's injury and what he showed prior to it my optimism with him is pretty limited.

I thought Sitton was the best OL on the Packers.
Haven't seen anything on Sherrod & health status, my fear is that he never recovers and is eventually cut.
Outside chance that they like how Datko is coming along too. They thought enough of him to draft him despite his injuries.
Just do his extension first. Right tackles are a lot cheaper than top end left ones.quote:Time to put Bulaga at LT. He was drafted to be Clifton's replacement, and he is the best offensive lineman on this team.

McCarthy on Sherrod: "I'm really counting on Derek Sherrod to be a factor, he's a different man since the second surgery after the season."
Didn't know anything about a second surgery after the year ended. Sounds encouraging though.

...makes sense now, he was seen around town limping during the early winter. If the limp had been due to the broken leg from the year before, as everyone thought, it would indicate his injury was career ending, however if the limp was from a recent surgery, it gives some hope of recovery.
What color is the prosthesis?
