This sure looks like a pick made to deal with the Parker injury.

He is listed as a "4" but he's the prototype Bucks pick.  As Jalen Rose put it "position less" basketball.

Wilson seems like another Maker type pick- boom or bust type player.  While he has a wingspan of like 7'2" he spends a lot of time on the perimeter.

I think it's more about John Henson. Need shooting at every position in today's NBA. A more athletic Teletovic who takes Henson's minutes. Will have to get stronger and learn to play D. But he can defend the rim and shoot/score with good footwork. Will be deadly on the break with Giannis/Parker/Maker.

Bucks had a nice draft for where they picked.  DX mocked (and their 1st round mock was crazy accurate) DJ Wilson at 18 to the Pacers, right behind the Bucks, so he really vaulted up the boards.  I believe Utah promised DJ Wilson a month ago, so teams had a good idea where they had to be to get him.

Sterling Brown was a guy that got a lot of chatter about being a guy in the 2nd round that could stick in the NBA for quite a while.  The 3 and D aspect of his game is what we need, especially if Snell gets an offer that is ugly for us to match.

Personally, i'd let Snell walk if he gets anything north of 9m/yr/3yrs.  Even that might be too high for essentially a role player.  We overpaid guys like Plumlee, Delly, Henson, and Telly when we really should not have.  Hammond fixed his mistake in Plumlee.  Now Horst is on the Hook to try and unload Henson (good luck) or Telly this summer.  Henson is covered by Monroe, Maker, and Hawes and Teletovic might be covered now by DJ Wilson / Sterling Brown / Rashad Vaughn (who turned it up a little at the end of the season.. especially defensively).
