This. What a farce. Too bad that won't work for Rodgers. But seriously, how the hell is someone supposed to tackle a player these days?

For all the grief people give the arena league, I've seen harder hits in there that weren't called penalties. Good grief. It isn't even fun to watch anymore unless the Packers are playing--and even then it is hard to stomach some of these bogus calls.
Was Vick running for his life last night? Yes. Does the Eagles OL stink? Yes. Did Vick make some horrible throws when he did have time? Yes.

Did Reid dial up 41 pass attempts and 23 rushing plays even though his two backs ran for almost 180 yards last night? Yes. The Eagles ran for 220 yards when you include Vicks 53 yards on 6 carries. McCoy had 100 yards in the 1st half alone.

But instead of leaning on what was working he kept asking a shaky QB try and make plays in front of constant pressure.

5 Red Zone trips:
1st - 2 plays. 1 Run. 1 Pass. Pick 6.
2nd - 3 plays. 1 run. 2 incomplete passes. FG
3rd - 3 plays. 3 passes. 2 incomplete and 1 sack. FG
4th - 7 plays. 1 run. 6 passes. 1 pass completed. Fumble.
5th - 3 plays. 3 passes. All incomplete. (althought this was trash time)

That's Andy Reid refusing to see what was unfolding right in front of him.
Andy's going to make it through the season. He should have never fired Castillo while playing up "we're making changes" and then leaving Vick in at QB though. Then again he never should have never made Castillo D coordinator in the first place. Vick has personally accounted for 15 of the teams 20 turnovers.

I couldn't decide if the look on Andy's face over the final 2 minutes last night was "why am I putting myself through this" or "12pc bucket, extra crispy tonight!"
