I saw (seen) it and Werder actually said it left an IMPRINT on the helmet.

Still, the coverage is over the top. It won't end until it ends. Even then it won't end. I'm pretty sure there is another team playing in the Vikings game today but I'm not clear who it is.

Werder also said Brent is still suffering from butt hurt after Chilly called him out weeks ago after the game in GB. Irreparable damage.
A little more on what PH posted. Me, me, me.

Meanwhile, Favre told ESPN's Werder that what he remembers most about the season's first Vikings-Packers game was neither the hostility from the fans at Lambeau Field nor the two fractures he suffered in his left foot.

Instead, it was Childress' angry postgame tirade in which he, among other things, admitted that he considered benching Favre and pointed out that he threw to the wrong receiver on one of his three interceptions.

How can you guys watch that train wreck of a pre-game show? I'm watching NFL Network and have been for the last year or so

Because I don't get the NFL Network with Time Warner.

They just put the fiber optics into my place a few days ago, so I can get Verizon FIOS, which has the NFL Network. I'm looking to make a switch.

FIOS? Ooh, enjoy!

What you got alot of tennis on your DVR?

Do you really need more than half an hour minus commercials to tell you what games are coming up in the afternoon? The rest I find to be fluff that we've all heard about int he week leading up to the game.

By the same token, I hate the Super Bowl pregame, and I don't even like the some of the tennis pre-match stuff, which generally only goes on for about 10 minutes max.

Heck, I don't even like that Sunday Night Football claims to begin at 8:15 PM but tends to begin closer to 8:30. Ditto for MNF, but move the times back a few minutes.

For one quarter you were 100% right.

Somehow I don't think you're going to try to pretend the other three quarters didn't happen.

Pleasantly surprised. I really expected the Vikings to pull out all the stops instead of laying down, especially in the 2nd half. I mean if they were going to do anything, it was going to happen in this game. I love it. Vikings are done.

I really think that INT by Tramon was the amazing play that shell shocked Favre.

I don't think the announcers truly captured what a great play that was. The throw wasn't that bad & Favre has completed that throw more times than not. Favre kept throwing high all game long after that play.

Great win & even though I bet the over on this game and lost, I got even on betting Tampa to cover vs. the Niners.
