Because Kiel is obviously out shopping for Christmas gifts during the post Christmas 70% off sales for the estate help.

Minny fans and reporters have spent the week professing unwavering anticipation for the 2015 season. Why wait for the offseason to get excited about the upcoming season when you can use another failed regular season? It's all Teddy all the time.

Jay Cutler coming out and throwing 4 TDs and Teddy crapping the bed would go a long way of screwing with both fan bases.

Have Washington-Dallas here. Despite my disdain for Washington thinking I want them to win. Nothing like false optimism for this franchise. Plus want the Romo for MVP boomlet to stop. He really has had a great season, don't want him to siphon votes from Rodgers.

That's very un-manly.

I was folding laundry.

Blah on the early slate.

Would love to see the cow pokes lose today and disappoint the talking heads.

Yeah, that is almost as un-manly as drinking girly beers.

JJ Watt running amok already.

@McClain_on_NFL: Jags had first down at Houston 33. Watt sacked Bortles 2 times on 3 plays, giving him  19.5. Could be first player with at least 20 twice.

He'd get the sack record if Bert was playing QB for the Jags.

I have no idea what is a catch anymore. Secure the ball and get two feet down and in bounds, right? Barely got the left toe down in bounds after securing the ball and then he lands OOB.

It was going to get buried otherwise.  NBC had taken NFC/Fox games the past four years in Week 17, so the NFL really wanted them to have a AFC/CBS game this year.  To make up for it and to give CBS something worth showing, they moved ATL/NO to CBS.  (I think the NFL wanted all the AFC wild-card possibility games to be on at the same time too; all three of those are early games.)

NFL gave Fox Houston/Jacksonville, I believe.

Saints have no choice but to leverage the future to the hilt one more year and hope Brees can heat up one last time. Problem is Brees looks done. As bad as 2015 looks 2016 is going to be worse.

Based on how the Saints lit up the Packers a couple of months ago without him, Morgan Burnett is a key guy on defense. that game also was the final straw that got CM3 moved to ILB.

This Packer defense has never been the same since Nick Collins has been gone.

Morgan Burnett is trying to do his best Nick Collins impersonation which Dom truly needs along with a solid ILB
