NFLNextGenStats.com has a data point for "Expected Completion Percentage" which essentially measures given how a play is run, what should the completion percentage be if the pass was thrown by an average Quarterback. In other words, it's a measurement of how efficiently players get open/are schemed open. Green Bay came in at 26th. Tennessee was number one.
The Tennessee passing offense was hampered by Marcus Mariota who was hurt all year and backup QB Blain Gabbert.
That's a promising sign
