A source close to law enforcement told The Fred and Ted Show late Tuesday evening that Houston Police were contacted by the NFL after fans approached Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub at his home and berated him for his recent poor play.

It's a good thing Mason Crosby plays for the Packers and not the Texans.

Leave it to Pro Football Talk to greatly embellish this story for effect.  One obnoxious fan does not an angry mob make.  As for Schaub, his days are numbered in Houston and deservedly so.  Last season, the Texans went from being a lock for HFA in the playoffs to ending up as the 3rd seed and it was largely because of Schaub.  He has been the team's weak link for a while and it appears that Kubiak is finally beginning to see the light.
