I bet the coaches told him making the catch and getting the first down are more important than YAC. He was covering the ball and going down, and frankly, I'm cool with that.

I also think it's time to lay off him.

I thought he came through today when we needed him to do so.

He's normally pretty nimble, he looked like an Olympic hurdler against the Cardinals in that playoff game years ago. I don't think it's a trend, he still has the ability, he just need to keep improving from a mental standpoint.

not sure how his "drop" gets classified a drop. I thought drops were on balls that should be caught, not balls where the defender has his arm between you and the ball.

Someday I'll actually look up what a drop is considered.

You obviously need to consult the rule book.
