It would be amazing if Bakhtiari is our backup LT.
Sherrod / Sitton / Tretter / Lang / Bulaga
With Bakhtiari / Barclay & Linsley backing up?

Right.
Where did I say I "want" $herrod to start over Bakhtiari?
I wanted Sherrod to push Bak. That makes us a better team.
After the Ram game, I think we all know the pecking order for our LT position.
Back on topic.....
Keeping 3 QB's weakens our 53 & is a stupid idea.
X4 never forgets?
mmmm, I think it is possible Tolzien has become more talented and Flynn less talented.
Tolzien has improved his play from last year. Flynn looks the same. Thursday will determine the 1 they keep as the backup. Keep 2 QBs. Put Rettig on the PS or some other QB cut in a week.
I'm thinking Tolzien will win the backup gig.
I have video evidence from last season - live bullets game action Flynn is way better than a color blind zzzzzzzzzzzzz
Exactly! we all know MM can't develop players. I have #12's tape from 2009. That guy get cut yet?

I haven't seen anyone post they "want" $herrod to start over Bakhtiari. I know I, for one, would like to see $herrod improve to the point of being a capable starting LT.
Well, last week you wanted him cut.
X4 never forgets?
X4 suffers from a reading comprehension issue.
Did Boris hate D Harris last week and if so how does he feel today?
Just heard from the @NFLPA, which also confirmed what the NFL office said: Tolzien is practice-squad eligible. #Packers
The Packers HC is Mike McCarthy, not Mike Sherman.
"I don't know about this Rodgers guy Mike"
"Shut the **** up season killer"
Before I thought they'd keep Flynn and not Tolzien. Not so sure now. Tolzien has shown the improvement this year, has better arm strength and probably more upside. They could keep both now since some other players have been injured opening up another roster spot but if they decide to only keep one of the two then I'm wondering if they keep Tolzien and not Flynn thinking that there's less chance of another team signing Flynn than Tolzien and if Rodgers gets hurt they could always re-sign Flynn.
If they keep only 2 QBs it's Rodgers and Tolzien... but I think they keep all 3.
They keep Flynn because he's better holding the clipboard.
If they keep only 2 QBs it's Rodgers and Tolzien...
Agree....
--------
but I think they keep all 3.
You might be right.....we'll find out by the 31st

McGinn's take, which I largely agree with. Tolzien appears to be a lock and the only real question is if they go with two or three.
Overreaction to last year.
I blame Dom Capers

Obama has a hand in it.
a little surprised at the lack of love for both our backups. It could be worse.
I mean, who would you want as backup? Maybe Uncle Rico? After all, he could throw a football clear over the mountains.
Obama has a hand in it.
Then you better thank him.
So rude.

We had uncle Rico last year. Didn't go well.

With you 100%, Boris.
AND NOBODY GETS TO BE RIGHT!
Ted making sure he is the last one to get the cuts into the league office.
Broncos only keeping two QBs. Demaryius Thomas might catch Mannings right arm this year.
Im not sure anyone that was cut today is more valuable than the trade value of Flynn or Tolzien during the season. There will be inquiries.
If Flynn and Tolzien are actually still on the roster that is....
Ted loves us, in the same sense that a cat loves toying with a mouse.

When was the last time a QB was traded for a pick in season?
Carson Palmer but it almost never happens. My point is teams like Denver have leveraged themselves to the max for a window crack and they're not going to sit quietly and let Brock Osweiler submarine millions in FA spending. Same goes for Luke McCown in New Orleans.
Are Tolzien or Flynn worth a 7th round pick? History says no but this is a different NFL.
