They play nickel so much they'd still have their best DBs all on the field at once most of the time.

Highly doubtful it would happen, but man they'd have 2 of the top 3 or 4 cover corners in the league plus the best playmaking DB in the league in Woodson.

Born to run??

Woodson and Nnamdi are tight. No surprise he wants to play for a winner.

Nnamdi and Darelle Revis?!? YEEOUCH!!
Can't have enough good DBs, and Woody won't be around forever... The price for that guy is not going to be cheap from everything I hear about him. But, if you're going to spend big in Free Agency, this is the kind of guy to do it on.
Unless Asomugha is willing to take a massive pay cut, he won't be in Green and Gold. Shields and Tramon are the starting corners of the future, and will be one of the league's best tandems for years.

Right Spring, wrong Steen.
I don't think it would happen, but it would be interesting, with a question mark surrounding the Safety position opposite Nick Collins you could move Woodson to safety (which will probably happen eventually to prolong his career) and then you have 2 shutdown corners and an up and coming (hopefully) nickel back in Shields. I'd be all for it and can see how the names could shuffle around, but then there is the whole $$ and Free Agency thing.
