For me, the night games begin at 8:30 PM, and I have to get up at 4:30 AM. It's also the having to wait through all the other games. 1:00 means 1:00, and I've always been a seriously nervous nellie about being made to wait.

One of the nice things about being a soccer fan is that the games begin at 9:30 or 10AM depending on which league you have an interest in.
Most people would prefer a nooner.
Living on the West Coast, early games are about 10:30, late game wraps up in time for bed. West is Best.

Thought it was the weirdest thing ever when I first lived in CA.
Later when I lived in AZ I realized how much I missed those early starts.

Agree. But since I had moved to California...I love that the NFL starts at 10 am Sundays and 5:30 pm Mondays.!!!
