George Kennedy, the actor who won a Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Cool Hand Luke, has died at the age of 91.
Kennedy's long career saw him play in such other films as the Naked Gun series, where he's seen here behind Leslie Nielsen:
There's also the Airport series from the 1970s, notably the 1970 original that had him trying to get a plane out of the snow.
