Interesting thoughts on Spriggs.

Definitely some worry there with Spriggs. I'm rarely worried with young players (rookies and 1st year players) if they're getting worked over by a veteran player or struggling with the playbook some. Those things can improve with experience, it doesn't click with every player at the same time. The fact that Spriggs is struggling with fundamentals (hand placement, punch, etc.) and is getting school by other young players after a full season (with plenty of playing time) and a full offseason is concerning. LT is a hard position, but physically he should be able to hand it. As the article points out, it's a position that relies on details and technique as often as raw power and speed.
Gunther doesn't have the athleticism or speed that Hawkins does. Big difference IMO.
Agree it's important to maintain perspective, but the history is there and no reason he can't be the next Tramon Williams or Sam Shields.
Spriggs .....looks like Tarzan but plays like Jane.
Spriggs is puzzling. Consensus was that he was a legitimate second rounder. Big and athletic. If there was anything draft profilers we're worried about it was strength and ability to use his hands on speed rushers. Seems like they nailed those concerns. I have to think the coaches can school him up past those shortcomings. Right now he looks like he's thinking too much instead of playing T.

That is a huge miss if Spriggs continues to bomb. TT needs to reload the Oline. Hoping bottom of the roster is going to provide depth and starters isn't realistic.

or download CCleaner from Piriform and run it when it kicks you out and read them any time you want.

I seem to recall the knock on Spriggs was he was very athletic but not particularly strong. Seems like he's prone to losing leverage and getting knocked around which isn't good for an OL.
You wonder how much of it is based on confidence level. The guy was a really good standout OL at a school (Indiana) that offensively put up some numbers. Right now, I'd say there's a 50/50 chance he turns it around.
Hey -- just Spriggs on the same workout "program" that TJ Watt went on this off-season and he'll be fine.

Opening the link directly in an incognito window is even easier.

..or better even yet, just open an incognito tab.
He does have the look of a guy who schedules meetings at the local tittie bar.

It took a second....but then I saw what you did there.
Interesting how Hawkins is showing up on tape as an UDFA without performing illegal/dirty hits.
I don't understand....
