Goff is so much cheaper and better than Cousins.
You just can't miss on so many high draft picks. Equals failure.

Hmmmm Cousins sacked again with the ball & no flag....I wonder why that is....
One possession game. FYI.
How is that not roughing?
Going for the win?
Let's see what McVeyMcVince does.

Had to get off the juice. Almost got caught.
Here comes the punt?
What would you do?

Exactly. 2 steps then shove the QB down. No call. Wonder why?
OK, Cousins. This is what you've been paid for.
Love it! No RTP call! it's football!
Fumble
Just a matter of time. LMAO
Oops.
I need sleep, otherwise whineline would be the listening choice.
You like that!!!
Good Game.
Terrific outcome.
Vikings are in trouble
they can move the ball and score but all of a sudden can’t stop anyone
Vikings should now be 1-3
Hmmmm.....wonder why less flags in the game? Could it be the competition committee had some say in tackling a QB WHO HAS THE F**KING BALL IN HIS HANDS?!??
Staaacked looking more like short stack.
Zimmer leaves 2 time outs on the board with about 1 minute left and the vikings down by 7. I suppose the Rams getting a 1st down right away had something to do with that. How does Zimmer fix his STACKED defense when most of his money is tied up in Cousins?
A smidge behind the Bears, and they're still in front of us.
We got this. Minnesota is an afterthought. Per normal.

Huge dumfuk move. McZimmer.
Losing a guy like Griffin with his personal issues for the past 2 weeks definitely didn't help the Vikes D although it's hard to believe 1 guy could fix everything wrong with that D tonite.
C'mon guys!
STAAAACKED!!!!
This was the first game I've watched this year. Wasn't planning to, it just happened.
Goff looked like Rodgers at his best. Pinpoint accuracy. Darts when he had to. Soft lead when that was the call. Checked out of a heavy formation to a screen that would have gained 50 except for the bullschitt ref calling an illegal block when a defender turned his back when he was already out of the play.
I saw at least two qb hits that would have garnered Clay Mathews a RTP. Something's changed.

Not sure what game you were watching but, they picked that flag up....56 yard reception for Gurley.

People used to make fun of his glasses, but once he had that Elton John surgery, there was nothing he could do about it.
Interesting that a lot of teams are trying to emulate the strong defense/average offense concept. Great idea when it works, but when it doesn't, they're left as a sum that's less than the whole.
Until we can get some guys who can pass block, teams with strong DLs/front 7 is going to give us fits. That's the reason our offense doesn't look like the Rams.
Not impressed by either overall defense. 31 points against is not winning football, 38 is a complete failure.
Surprisingly, the Vikes O was every bit as potent passing as the Rams, but sacks given up and the fumble was the difference.
So it came down to their OL?
I think MIN will figure it out and still be a contender come Dec. I mean with all that talent on the roster, how could they not?
Cousins made a seasons worth of miracle type throws in one game. He’s not as good of a passer as he played last night and and it will catch up with him.
Rams have a lot of injuries on defense especially in the backfield. Talib is out, Marcus Peters looked like he was at 75%, and Mark Barron wasn’t playing. I expect they will improve.
The real question mark is the Viklings defense. Since the Eagles playoff game they have not played well. They have a lot of talent for sure, but I think team have figured out that if you can block their DL you can make plays in the passing game.
I really wish the Rams would go back to their navy blue and white uni's. They'd be unique, bold, simple and throwback all in one swoop. Just get rid of the gold accents.
Interesting article on the latest NFL team-building model.

In recent years, I have said the same thing about Detroit.
The Greatest Defense in the Universe gave up 465 yards through the air to the Rams. Zimmer vows to look at everything:
Well he'll only see half of that.

When has anyone said that about DET?

Is IHOP the official sponsor of the vikings? Could be!

wait what? the greatest defense to ever take the field can be exploited? The same defense Vikings fans were bragging about that would kill Rodgers? Say it isn't so.
