I was just thinking of posting a retrospect.
How long has this place been going on? At least 20 years I guess, since I joined in 2/2000 as a refugee from the old JS Online days. I know there are few more folks from there that are here.
But think how crazy it is. Over 20 years a community (filled with all sorts of miscreants, malcontents, scofflaws, whiners, trolls, boobs and sprinkled in with some real nice people) has carried on. People come, people go. Kind of like a real extended family.
To those who run (and have run this place), I salute you and say thanks!
To those who are facing health issues or other challenging life circumstances this year, take care and meet those challenges head on!

New Years day is the cookiest day of the year after Thanksgiving and Memorial Day. Reversed seared prime rib, creamed spinach, and potatoes romanoff.
