A schedule of all USA competitors events should of been advertised for weeks all over the place ...

No sovereignty, eff it.

You can be a citizen of 1 country and play for another ... WTF?

You can be a citizen of 1 country and coach for another for profit ... WTF?

Pro League contract athletes now participate ... WTF?

I really do not understand why they even have the Olympics any more ...

No, but I am sure you will catch some of that after watching your fill of synchronized swimming and rythmic gymnastics.

It's a short story....
Speaking of judges. Can we all agree that any Olympic sport that get's decided by judges needs to go away? I'm talking to you Gymnastics, Diving, and Ice skating!!!

If you can't determine a winner by a clock or score then your sport is for pussies that can't handle immediate, definitive failure being decided by a random nationalistic collective that may or may not be struggling to look past relevant current and past events.

Keep score. Beat the best time. Or hand out "participant" trophies and call it a day.
I can't find a link or a pic but a co-worker showed me the Norwegian field hockey team this morning and they're another bunch of YOWZA ladies.

edit: correction: I was talking about the Dutch as well. Thanks Packy.

Highlight of the 2012 Games.

The Japanese Gymnsastics coach delivering formal scoring dispute paperwork and a wad of $100 bills to the panel of judges becasue he didn't agree with the scores.

I'm not sure that's ever going to be topped.
