Pack beats Oakland in a tough game, Vikes and Cardinals both lose.

Pack beats Arizona in an upset, which not only clinches division, but gives them inside track on #2 seed.

Pack beats Vikings at home to clinch #2 seed. Tolzien even gets to play in second half...

From there....

Yep, 3rd year in a row.  2013 vs Bares and 2014 vs Lions were both for the division.

This would be the 4th year in a row that playoff seeding was on the line in the final game.  In 2012 vs the Queens, had the Packers won, they'd have had a bye and the Bares would have made the playoffs.

Posting this as a PSA for all especially those who are planning to attend (the rumor mill has it that Packer fans in attendance will outnumber the AZ crowd).

@JeffAshGB: No change in #Packers at #Cardinals game on Dec. 27, per @NFL. Stays on Fox at 3:25 p.m. CT.

  • Q: David Lang, Savage, MN - Thanks, for the chat, Michael. Here's a plausible scenario for the last 3 weeks and playoffs... Packers win out and Seattle beats AZ in week 17. Packers get tiebreaker with AZ and a 2 seed and a bye. Seattle beats the winner of the NFC East dumpster fire and AZ beats MN or whatever horrible team that slips past the Queens into the 6th spot. The well rested Pack hammers the Cardinals in a frigid Lambeau field and when Seattle defeats the evil Charlottes, the Pack will have an NFC rematch with the SeaPigeons where the will exact some revenge for last year's meltdown. Then it's on to the SuperBowl against the Patriots where the Pack wins when Bill Belicheck can't find a way to cheat his way to a second consecutive SuperBowl victory... Sounds reasonable to me. What do you think?
  • A: Michael Cohen - 1. Points for optimism 2. Points for the excellent team nicknames 3. I can't think that far ahead!
