McCarren has to be yelling YESSSSS!!!!

Delivered. They are basically speechless.
Man, the call they did for Cobb @Bears on 4th down was better, but this was just too much of a shock to respond to in real time. I couldn't speak either.
That call was the most anticlimactic thing I've ever heard. Sounded like a ho hum call of a TD in the 2Q of a 27-0 Packer leading game.
The Spanish call was much better
Larrivee & McCarren simply cannot believe what they are seeing.

McCarren: "(grunt) ... caught! ... unbelievable!"
I think he might have passed out after that.
It was way louder and more excited in my house last night!
Did you hear me Heckler? I may have woken up the neighborhood. :-)
I can understand the common fan not being excited about that last play because it is such a long shot that almost never works. And in our case usually turns up bad...But when you get paid to call a game you gotta try harder than that, guys.
lol
"A rainbow of a throw and it came up GOLDEN"
I wonder if that was intended for Golden Taint

How about in Portugese?
I cringed at that rainbow metaphor but I really like tbird's version.
I love how Simms says, "It's gonna get there" before AR even starts to throw. He knew AR had the arm to sling it 68 yards, something Caldwell learned the hard way.
I simply stared at the TV and silently threw my arms up in the air, not even waking up my wife, who had fallen asleep.
My son and spouse were screaming. I was Larivee silent. Unreal.
Rodgers to Rodgers. Touchdown.
Even Ray Scott would have said more than that!
Missed opportunity for audio immortality.
I jumped out of my recliner and yelled, "TOUCHDOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I have not talked to my wife yet to see if I woke her up.

That's too funny. Me too. Couldn't wake the 3 kids and wife. I just ran around the living room with my arms up whispering "YES"!
Took me an hour and half to unwind and go to bed.
Confession: I turned off the TV at the half and went to bed. The Pack has always had a hard enough time winning in Detroit when they were clicking on all 8 cylinders. I get up quite early for work and if I'm all worked up from a game it's hard for me to settle down to snooze. So I chose sleep instead of watching another two quarters of misery. When I arrived at work the next morning I checked to see how badly it had turned out. All I could think was, "WHAT????!!!" Thankfully we now have the internet and YouTube, NFL.com, Packers.com, etc. so I could watch THE THROW over and over and over and over and over and over...
The VP of my division watched the game up until the last 6 seconds. He couldn't stand the thought of watching the Lions and their fans celebrate. So he turned the TV off and went to bed.

It was in my house also,my two buddies and I went nuts and it took me almost a day and a half to sober up from the celebration!
