Feels like the lead should be bigger...
Offense sputtering again...
Really sloppy first half for Bucky.
This team needs to start making jump shots. Plenty of good looks- not going to win clanging everything off the back iron.
So Lunardi and Kellog both have the Badgers as a 4 seed even tho they are ranked at #10 and should move higher because of the upsets yesterday. My question is are they really only a #4 seed or are they placed there so they can play in Milwaukee in the 1st round?
They need to go deeper on the bench in this game. Your 7 man rotation can't make a shot. You have a bench- use them!
Pritzl in... forcing the defense to extend and opening some lanes.
Bryant hooks every time...
Have to make that one, Vito.
another goll dang nail biter.
Such a clutch...Bronson.........
Go Badgers Go......
Ptrizl has played all the way to the end since he came in. He's a scorer... he can help.
Well, it's a win. But yet another sub-40% shooting game. I think they should keep playing these younger kids. They can help get them out of the shooting slump. How about Van Vliet?
Badgers!!!
#Badgers in last three games: 14 of 65 from 3 (21.5%) and 63 of 167 overall (37.7%).

Really fortunate that they've been able to keep winning.
just finished the game on TiVo. Weird that Pritzl played the entire game once he came in for Trice with over 12 minutes to go.....Not sure why he played the entire game after that as Trice made a huge three earlier, too. Maybe Gard is trying to mix things up to see what works when they are in a shooting slump?
Strange game but they pulled it out. They had Happ outside so much on offense it seemed to mess up their rhythm. A lot of passes were made when someone had an open look. Always seemed to be 1 to many passes and they ended up turning it over.

Prtizl played better than Trice today, might be why he got all those minutes. Iverson played less also. Thomas seems soundly back in the rotation.
A lot to like in Trice, but he's seemed to have a bit of a freshman fatigue for a couple weeks now.
Agreed-Trice is a real find. Really fits in nicely.
Pritzl looked comfortable- he may be a better option than Hill.
I would sure like to see Van Vliet get some minutes. They need someone who can shoot...
I assume that is why BP is on the floor, even though Trice looks more comfortable with the trigger.
BP made clutch free throws during the end game play. He didn't screw anything up and looked like he belonged out there with the rest.....I was just surprised to see that...obviously, he's been showing the coaches in practice something that put him out there ahead of Iverson, Hill, and Trice.
Really nice win. Have to shoot better for sure but they buckled down and got it done.
If there is an Achilles heal to this team it's the mediocre FT shooting. Happ and Hayes are awful and if I were an opposing coach I'd go hack a Shaq late in the game.
Likely why Gard didn't lose any sleep keeping Ethan out at the end.
How about Crean though, no one draws up a better three point play that takes 12 seconds with 13 seconds left in the game

Badgers 7 in the AP and 5 in the USA Today polls.....about right I'd say. Louisville losing right now at UVA so if they keep winning there is a chance to move up a spot or so
