Curious, who are we supposed to despise more, the Bears or the queens??  Or both?      I actually hate the queens more as I have to live among them.  ðŸĪŽ ðŸĪŽ ðŸĪŽ

For me it is simple.  I think of the Bears being our long and history filled rival.  I loathe and despise the Bears and their fans and hope for nothing but misery and despair for the next hundred years for their fans.  But at the same time I do have a respect for their history and thank that team for being a corner stone of the NFL.

The Spermheads?  My hatred for all things Spermheads runs deep and will always run deep in my cold black heart.  There is nothing about them or their fans that I hope all they every experience is heart break after heart break after heart break.  This of course is because of my relatives from MN would come when I was kid and talk smack about how great their team was (and it was) and how much the Packers sucked (and damn they did).  So every  Thanksgiving I would buy a jersey or tshirt of the team that beat the Spermheads in the Super Bowl such as the Steelers or Raiders.  My Dad will never admit it but he slipped me the money to do it and would smile when I sat down.

Gotta disagree about the Bud Grant years and outdoor football in MN. Domes and some sad coaches have made them what they are today.

One should never acknowledge that the vikings were ever "good."  Always expose their failings, for the world to see and do that often. Especially on X4! GO PACK, GO!!!---BTW, It was the Bud Grant years where the vikings' biggest suckage came into play. 0-4 in Superbowls! And then we got to listen to Grant whine about the lack of vikings in the NFL HOF due, mainly,  to those Super Bowl losses. I bask in the glow of their misery!

Want to make a Spermhead fan truly miserable?  the last time they made the Super Bowl it was after the 1976 season.   It was so long ago that Ford was still president and Carter wouldn't even be sworn in until late Jan 77.  Vietnam had ended only a few years before, people wore bell bottoms and were starting to disco and the #1 song the day they played in the Super Bowl was Car Wash.

Sure the Packers have come up short in big games recently but at least we don't have to listen to disco.

So really want to get them going tell them their best coach is actually from Wisconsin.

The only Super Bowl I saw in person, my father sent me two tickets from the Green Bay allotment.
Madden & Stabler vs Grant & Tark at the Rose Bowl.
Two sided cards for everyone in attendance to be used on cue for the halftime festivities.

Umm Earth to Joe Barry. Earth to Joe Barry: Justin Fields can run with the fuckin' ball! Maybe, like you should have a plan in place for this?!

I’m torn on this.   On one hand beating the Bears twice makes any shitty season bearable.  Pun intended.   Rodgers owning the bears even in a shit year would be glorious.

On the other hand, Rodgers losing to the Bears would be miserable so maybe I want to see Love play in part because I could stomach the loss better.

In the end, logic says we should play Love to try and showcase him for a trade.   So that’s what I would like to see.

I don't like any logic that says we trade Love. He's our future, at QB.

It's going to be all about stopping the CHI run game, including Fields.  Getsy may try to protect him from excessive contact by not calling a lot of designed runs but on the other hand, Montgomery has been really tough to bring down.  He breaks a ton of tackles and GB D hates tackling.  Fields can make all the throws and if he finds one of his bargain bin WR's open, he'll hit him anywhere.

CHI secondary is banged up so OL needs to give AR time to find his rooks.  This is the Bears' SB and are all lathered up to have Fields break out again and stake a claim to this rivalry.

This is the chance to set a 100 year old record straight again by taking the lead in the all time wins department.  If Barry doesn't have a plan for Fields running after what he saw in PHI, he should fear for his existence.

You obviously haven't watched a lot of Bears games. Fields has plenty of designed runs and will run after making his drop without even seeing if anyone is open. A lot of inaccurate passes caught by the receivers making the sports world gush.

Fields can make all the throws??

Fields is hurting, and may not have as many run calls as he otherwise would.
He will have some (scrambles/broken plays) but Montgomery may be the one to run between the tackles.
It shouldn't matter; the defense should be prepared, no matter the case.
But I give up trying to get a read on Barry, so who knows if they will actually be?
