Good to have Barnes back. Would be real nice to get Jenkins going.

Jenkins is a better tackler than Lancaster and is faster!

Didn’t he used to play defense at one time? Heck, what can’t he play on the line?
I wish we knew what the fuck is going on with Jenkins. He finished the game he was injured in but then hasn't practiced for, is it 3 weeks now?
Yeah, this is week 3 of no practice assuming he doesn't go today or tomorrow. Wonder if it was more of a high ankle sprain.
Welp, that's a new term I have not heard...

They aren't very good?

Sit Tonyan, get ANYONE other than Summers out there in his place.

Takes some master ST strategy to, you know, block a guy.

Wouldn't want to be in that rest room. Like a nasty sauna.
I wonder if they chant that in the pre-game huddle? "IS YOUR PISS HOT!?"
Was it Jack Lambert that would piss himself just for the psychological effect?
More than a little disturbing that the FG protection apparently wasn't addressed after the SF game.
The FG protection problem is bad technique from Tonyan.
He has to focus on the inside guy while putting his arm out to limit/delay the outside guy.
At least, that's what it looks like to me.

So if you're keeping track at home, LaFleur wanted his players to piss clear in Jacksonville for opener, and piss hot this week in Cincinnati.

I thought sexually transmitted diseases were frowned upon?
@YATittle posted:Sit Tonyan, get ANYONE other than Summers out there in his place.
I don't think that's necessarily going to be the answer. Tonyan has been a willing blocker. He needs to be 100% sure of what the assignment is instead of trying to block two guys at once by splitting the difference.
They also need to eliminate the tell from the long snapper if that's really happening.
The tell is more of an issue than Bob's arm waving.
Tonyan laid Nick Bosa on his ass multiple times 2 weeks ago. He most definitely can and is willing to block. It’s much more concerning and points to poor coaching that he is standing there and seems to not know what to do.
@packerboi posted:@GBPdailyElgton Jenkins is back practicing today
I was going to say, "Shouldn't he be ankle practicing"?
So glad I didn't say that.
Put Tonyan on the bench and get Jenkins out there if he is ready.

And pissed, too.
The Urban Dictionary is usually my “go-to” in situations such as these. I’m guessing MLF intended use of the phrase is the first below, but I could be incorrect:

Probably Patrick.

Officially out.
Seeing quite a bit of speculation that they'll play Jenkins at center and leave Yosh at LT.
I like that better than Patrick at center.
Bummer. Just when this line started to gel with all the newbies another change on the line is immediate. Now let’s see what Steno can cook up? I wonder who is next on the plate?

Injury update article with speculation on who plays where.
Looks like King and Barnes are back practicing as well.
From YA's link:
CB Kevin King: He practiced fully on Friday and is now through the league’s concussion protocol. He’ll return after missing two games. And the Packers need him with Jaire Alexander unavailable.
LB Krys Barnes: Like King, he cleared the concussion protocol. He was injured against the 49ers and missed last Sunday’s win over the Steelers. His availability could limit the playtime for newcomer Jaylon Smith on Sunday.
Others removed from the injury report: RB A.J. Dillon (back), RB Aaron Jones (ankle), DL Dean Lowry (ankle), CB Isaac Yiadom (quad), DL Jack Heflin (ankle)
@PackerHawk posted:Ja'Marr Chase has to be excited to see King out there. Can Tee Higgins sit out another week?
And I'll be starting Ja'Marr Chase this week in fantasy. He's a freak. I don't see how the PAckers are going to cover him without Alexander.
