January 2011: Physical...blood pressure high, cholesterol 265 (yikes). 5'7" 185 pounds

Start running on a treadmill (a lot), watching what I eat.

April 2011: Just for fun and because I'm kind of a math geek...start logging my miles.

July 2011: Follow-up doctor's appointment...blood pressure good, cholesterol 160. Still 5'7" 150 pounds

January 2012: Log over 200 miles in one month on the treadmill

March 2012: On Saturday, I ran 9 miles, bringing my 1 year total since I started logging last April to 1300 miles. (Would have been more except for kidney stone surgery in August).

Sorry, to brag. But, I want this on record somewhere in case I get hit by a bus tomorrow.
