Cracked Pepper and olive oil triscuits. Eat the whole box.
We steam all our veggies. Too easy. Something like broccoli gets a coat of 3 cheese and pepper. I used to hate broccoli. Now I get yelled at to leave some for the kids.
Veggies are better on the grill. Carrots, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, grill 'em all.

Actually the balsamic vinegar variety are the best.

a little cheese, some green leafy stuff, couple minutes in the oven.
Calories in, calories out; but in America, we pile greater and greater amounts of calories into smaller and smaller packages. And restaurants can be just as bad with whopping portions. Whole natural products (an orange, not juice or smoothie; bread with seeds; etc. :-), sensible portions, and a commonsense approach are best.
Just eat food that wonβt make you hungry again 2 hours later.
