Part II is a nice background piece:

Part III is little more background, some UCLA game highlights, up to day before the draft

Part IV is draft day piece starting on Day 2 ( when he didn't get drafted). It also has a cameo appearance by Datone Jones at start, after 1st round and before Franklin had been drafted

And a little short take---he's never been in the snow.....
Thanks for posting those links! I'm stoked that we got both Franklin and Jones, and that at least one has a big chip on his shoulders like a certain QB....
More on Franklin in the link, where he talks about possibly becoming a returner.
You're going to be expecting a lot. First game, 4 OL playing new positions. Possible a new 1 or 2 RBs.
I don't expect the run game to gel until later in the season.
...and it's not like SF has been sitting in a jar of fermaldehyde since that game. I'm going to go out on a limb and say they'll have adjustments ready also.
Sounds like this kid has his head screwed on straight. He's doing and saying all the right things, which is all you can ask until the pads go on.
Nice to see him mentioning Freeman, rather than some of the more recent guys. Freeman last suited up when Franklin was 14. He must really be doing his homework. I can't help bu respect that kind of attitude.
Can't wait to see both our Rook RBs in action.
go Pack go!!!!
Great young man!
FTFY.
Last one..drafted by Packers. (and Jim Mora says he already has his tickets to watch the Packers-49er game)

Let's hope that Lacy catches a little of what Franklin has
Thanks for posting the final installment. He's truly my favorite Packer rookie, and I'm rooting for him to have a great year. Mora comes off well too in the series.
