Arm Talent?

Can he turn his hand all the way around when placing it palm down on a table?

Does he draw a eye and face by his elbow joint and do a ventriloquist act?

That's what elevates him as a 1st rounder.  

Ventriloquism could be handy at the line of scrimmage.
