Bucks up 26-24 at the end of one.
+7 in Giannis' 9:36 of playing time. -5 in his 2:24 off the court.
Giannis bricking FTs so far. 3 for 7.
Giannis is at 15-6-4 in 15 minutes and he isn't even really playing well.
Bucks up 2 near the end of the second quarter.
Giannis is 6 for 10 from the field. Rest of the team is 10 for 34.
Bucks 3 for 16 from three.
Horrific sequence to end the half. Bucks give up two FTs and then a turnover that results in a half court 3 with 1.7 seconds left.

Basket gets waived off, but just barely.
Bucks get up 24 in the third, take Giannis out. Lead drops quickly to 13, mainly because Jordan Nwora has just sucked. Nwora is 0 for 6 and a turnstile on defense.
Nwora is -14 in 12 minutes. The other 23 minutes, the Bucks are +27
The Knicks make up 13 points in about 4 minutes, almost all with Giannis out.
I don't understand Bud's thought process there. You are killing them, up 24, so you sit Giannis? Why not just see if you can finish them off in the 3rd, and get up by 25-30 at the start of the 4th. Now, because you force fed Jordan Nwora playing time, the Knicks have a chance.
Knicks hanging with striking distance. Bucks up 11 with about 8 minutes left.
Bucks hit another cold stretch and the Knicks are within single digits with 2:49 left.
The Bucks have missed about 5 easy shots to get Giannis his 10th assist and to put the game away. Lead down to 8.
Giannis ends at 30-14-9, but he had to play 39 minutes. He may have "knee tendinitis" for the second of a back to back tomorrow night.
So great to catch games on Dofu sports app….use on my phone and no glitches.
I’m in Athens, can’t go in any store or shop without seeing these. I talk to guys and tell them I am originally from Milwaukee they are amazed.

Not sure I like Holiday taking almost 20 shots, but when you get 31 from Allen and Carter on 8 for 17 shooting from 3 I think you’ll take it.
If Nwora is out there he’s got to be making shots. I’d much rather they play Beauchamp because he might go 0-6 from the field but he’s very good on D and on the glass.
The Bucks didn’t shoot well overall but when they rebound and play defense at a high level they don’t have to play great on the offensive end.
Holiday is 21 for 67 from the floor and 6 for 22 to start the season.
In the Boston playoff series last season (when the Celtics took away Grayson Allen as a shooter and made Holiday replace Middleton's point production), Holiday was 56 for 154 and 15 for 50.
So, in the last 11 games the Bucks have played, Holiday is
77 for 221 (34.8%) and 21 for 72 (29.1% from three).
The Bucks are 4-0 because they have Giannis on offense and Lopez is back as an elite defensive player. You put Giannis, Lopez, J. Carter, and Holiday out there at the same time (along with Matthews or George Hill) and that might be the best defensive lineup in the NBA. Giannis and defense is enough in the regular season against average to decent teams, but this shows how much they really need Middleton when the games get tougher. Putting Holiday in a position to be your secondary scorer when Giannis needs a rest is not playing to Holiday's strengths.
Hypothetically, would you trade Allen and Middleton for LeBron? I doubt it would happen but they are winning now without Middleton and I’m not sure long term he’s going to be a Buck. James wants another ring and while he’s older and isn’t the shooter he was he’s still a great passer and finisher and scorer. He’d also fit in well with the saavy vets on this team.
With Hill and Matthews and Holiday and Carter and Giannis and Lopez you’d still have a number of elite defenders and it would take pressure off Holiday and Portis to carry the offensive load but be more specialists. Assuming Joe Ingels comes back he’s another scorer/shooter as well.
The Lakers get a couple of shooters and a decent 3 and D guy to go with AD and all of a sudden the Lakers aren’t that bad either. It allows Russ to be the ball dominant guy once again as well because he can’t function with a similar guy (LeBron) at the same guy.
I'd trade Amari Rodgers for LeBron. LeBron can't possibly be any worse of a punt returner, even though he's not a football player.
