Much like the Bucks, if the Badgers shoot that well from 3 they will be a very tough out.

Malik Beasley probably won’t continue shooting at nearly a 50% clip from 3 this season, but he’s a decent 38% for his career.  We also need to remember that someone that is unguarded or has an open look (as Beasley did most of last night) will shoot a much higher percentage anyway.  That’s the effect of having a Dame and Giannis on the court with you.  They draw so much attention that you will have open guys on the perimeter.

Something else to note - for the season the Bucks are shooting 38.4% from 3.  Last year they were 36.8%.  And those percentages this year include Dame at 35% and Portis at 30% and Middleton at 34% which is well below their career averages.   Not to mention Crowder (who hasn’t played much) is a good 3pt shooter.  If those guys just come close to what they normally shoot from 3 then the Bucks are one of the best shooting teams in the league from 3.
