His arm is clearly better than what Hundley or Kizer offer, but he's as raw as they come.  1 year as a starter at Eastern freaking Kentucky.  But as far as upside goes.... he has a lot of it.

He had a reputation for too many drops in college, too.

He's also the safest bet to make it to the PS.  No one is putting him on their 53 after this pre-season.

The guy's got practice squad written all over him.

No doubt. He has a lot of work to do.
