The Lakers without LeBron, Ingram, and Lonzo Ball against the Bucks without Giannis and Brogdon. Donte D., Pau Gasol, and Sterling Brown also out.
Time for Middleton, Bledsoe, Lopez, Snell, and MIrotic to take care of business. Even without Giannis, there is absolutely no excuse to lose to a Lakers team that will start Kyle Kuzma, Javale McGee, Mike Muscala, Rondo, and Reggie Bullock. That's a G League team.

Bucks got a little sloppy at the end of the quarter. Caldwell-Pope hit a long one at the buzzer to get the Lakers back within 15. Bucks had gotten it up to 23.
Still a great quarter - with Middleton looking like an All-Star level player.

Brogdon is a key guy, but the real problem tonight was that Frazier was so bad that it almost cost them the game. It's not that the other guys were that terrible, it's that Frazier was beyond brutally bad.
Frazier was -20 in 11 minutes. When he wasn't playing they were +32 in 36 minutes.
Caldwell-Pope ??? Man the guy had game tonight.

It wasn’t pretty at times that’s for sure. The main thing is Middleton and Lopez and Mirotic bounced back and offensively hit shots. Defensively, they were spotty but Brogdon and Giannis not playing had a lot to do with it.
