I know that's the plan right now, but if it's the regular season I think they try that for about 2 games before Bulaga moves over to the left and Lang goes to right tackle. It's still uncomfortable with Newhouse over there and if it gets down to Lang I don't think he's technical enough to stay consistent. He's a good mauler/nasty guy and if he's going to play one of the tackles I'd rather it be on the right side where Rodgers can keep an eye out for when his pass protection gets sloppy and still know his blind side is covered by Bulaga.
@WesHod
Lang's contract talks began 5 or 6 weeks ago. "I was ready to take the first deal, but of course my agent had to explain some things to me"

Did not know his agent was Hauser.

@WesHod
Lang said 1st thing he wants to buy a house for his mom, Lynn, and his younger brothers. "She’s one of the hardest working ladies I know"

Good guy... Up and down 2011, lost his dad last year and his son was born.

β€œI've never been a money guy,” said Lang, who endured plenty of razzing from his offensive linemates Tuesday – including right guard Josh Sitton, whose extension last year was more lucrative than Lang’s. β€œHonestly, I was kind of nervous looking through the deal because that's more money than I've ever seen or could ever imagine. Just continue to have my focus on improving as a left guard and as a better teammate – that’s what my focus is on now.”
So Nelson and Lang take less to stay in Green Bay.......nice work TT. He's built the right culture and drafts the right guys to be able to do this. The money likely saved on Nelson and Lang's deals are probably enough to extend another young player.

I'm interested to see what Rodgers signs for. His personality makes me think he'll take $15m a year, but hard to pass up the $20m a year he's worth. Same with CMIII. Both those guys seem more concerned with winning than money.
