Hope you're right Hungry!

Curious, what ONE player do you think needs to step up big time tomorrow for a Packers victory?
I'm going with Burnett. Stafford will toss some up, and Burnett needs to get 1 at least.
Tramon. Same reasoning plus he will be involved a lot with Megatron
Crosby.
We may need 9 field goals.
Barclay, Shields, Perry, Jolly - all probable and likely to play. This is very good news.
Wow, interesting move with Franklin. Wonder what the "neck" injury really is...or if it is an excuse to cut him in the off-season. Anyways, we now go into the next 5 games with 2 running backs and 1 fullback.
Cut him in the off season? Jesus ****.

Just speculating. the overabundant position on the team is at d-line. CJ Wilson looked like he suffered a pretty bad ankle injury and had not played most of the year. Seems like if you needed to free up a roster spot, that's the place you would go, not RB which leaves you with only 2 active RB (not including Kuhn)...unless you had different plans for the RB position and Franklin going forward. Packers had big plans for DuJuan Harris prior to this season.

I hope Franklin's neck injury isn't serious. I know he fumbled the ball too much, but that half against Cincy was pretty damn impressive.
Packers own the Loins. On paper this looks like a Deetoilet win but that team has no clue how to handle success and they are bound to do something stupid to cost them the game.
Flynn gets a week to practice and the Pack gets some guys back. Thinking 34-24 Packers.
23-20 Pack

I gotta go with Flynn. He needs to get that ball down the field to Jordy and company.
Calvin is going to torch this secondary. Hate to say that, but it's how I see it.
Well then, the D line gots to show up and get to the QB before that happens.
I don't think the season ends here.
23-20 Pack.
Hawk and Shields both with interceptions to help Ice a game that features 150 yards on the ground by the Packers
Is Fleet Footed Flynn part of that 150?
27-17 Lions.
Not enough defense. Not enough offense.
Backup QB. Crappy defense as of late. Injuries. Sitton stirring the turd. Short week. Away game. Losing streak.
The game nobody thinks GB should win is the game they do.
Packers 31 - 27
28-23 GB
WAP's:
Starks leads all RB's in yardage. Fresh RB on a short week.
Boykin leads all WR's in yardage (including CJ)
Key to the game for GB. Stat Paddford is going to throw the DB's a few balls. HAVE TO CATCH THEM!!!!!!!

Yeah, I'd agree with that. I'm beyond pessimistic thinking what Megatron's going to do to these guys. If Burnett wants to start justifying the contract he got in the offseason, today would be a great time to start. I'm beyond hoping MD Jennings does anything again. Maybe Richardson gets some more reps in the backfield today.
I'd also mention BJ Raji here. He needs to start playing to his ability as well. He's been god awful this last month...just watch him on some plays. Way too often he's on roller skates, or on his ass altogether.
I'm not sure PackOly, but I was thinking Rusty was agreeing with you in his own way. Of course, I am always wrong.
Back to the subject matter, I think the Megatron will destroy our secondary and our only hope is that we hang with them in terms of offense. This to me means Flynn needs a fricken good game and make me a believer in him. I am not ready to hoist him up on a pedestal, he needs to prove himself and today is that day! Consequently, this game will be high scoring 41 -38 Packers.
Of course I am always wrong, so really the prediction is 17 - 14 Packers.
PackOly....
Rusty was actually making a very convoluted kinda inside joke-----that post was originally written to me by one of the many game-day whiners.
Nice to see my ole stomping grounds Fort Irwin on the Fox pre-game show. Wow, what
memories of that dust bowl.
Thanks for the clarification BK.
I [cattss] think that Matt Flynn is the difference maker.
GB 31 - Det 20

I was there for a training rotation years ago with the 101st. That's a dirty, dirty place.
...and freakin Hot!!!!
Still doubting my 37-13 Lions win prediction? Jeez are we done with the Capers and Flynn experiment?
Why is it a "Flynn experiment"? He's the backup. You must've been more impressed with Tolzien, Wallace, Coleman and Harrell.
Evidently Shields, Jolly and Perry were not missed.

Not impressed at all with the contingency plan by TT and MM. They should both be fired on Nobama Friday
I love you.
Packers couldn't beat a lousy Bears team at home. They got destroyed by a mediocre Eagles team at home. Lost to a bad Giants team on the road. The worst game was the inability to beat arguably the worst team in the league at home.
Poor defensive play in all four games will be totally exposed against a Lions team that can be explosive. No Rodgers = no win.
Lions 37 Packers 13
What do I win with my Nostradamus like prediction?
