Packers happy to return to the comfy confines of Lambeau.  Rodgers & Co. pick up where they left off in the 4th qtr. of the Carolina game.  Starks gets it going, but Lacy gets a goalline TD.  Defense gets back the pass rush it had earlier in the year.  Defense has 5 sacks and one of the rookie CBs has another interception.

Packers: 34

Lions: 17

This is where the offense gets its mojo back from top to bottom. The passing game gets going, Rodgers gets in a rhythm, Lacy gets some confidence, the OLine figures their crap out, and most importantly the coaches get their **** together.

Packers 42

Lions 16

I really don't know what to think about this team, anymore. All the talent we have and to play two--make it three, games the way we did leaves me scratching my head. Now we have a division opponent in Detroit to deal with. Detroit is in the cellar, record-wise, but you can throw out the records when these two teams meet. Detroit always plays us tough. At the beginning of the season, I picked the Pack to have a 11-5 or 12-4 record at the end of the year. I think divisional losses are a definite possibility, unless the coaching staff can turn this mess around. I'll pick the Packers in this one, 20-14. Packers, it's time to show us what you're made of.

The following was posted to my FB account from Fox News 21 in Duluth, MN. Anyone else have this problem?

Fox 21 News

ATTENTION PACKER FANS

This week's NFL coverage provided by the FOX national network is a single header, meaning we are only able to broadcast one NFL game.

Due to NFL network broadcast rules, which affects the FOX broadcast schedule, FOX 21 will not be able to show the 12:00 p.m. network match-up between the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions, and will only be able to show the 3:00 p.m. game of the Minnesota Vikings and the Oakland Raiders.

This is unfortunate for some and we apologize for the inconvenience. We'd like nothing more than to have both games but the contract between FOX and the NFL does not allow it.

Thank you for making us your choice for news.

We hope you’ll join us for FOX 21 News at 9.

This BS seems to happen a lot to Packer fans in West Central and Northern Wisconsin.

It was bad enough when the Twin Cities TV stations would buy the rights to the Packers games and show an infomercial or a movie if the Packers played at the same time as the Vikings. Now the two teams are playing at different times and it's the League itself that is screwing Packers' fans. How is this a good thing for the NFL?
