Pack gets the first TD on an Eddie Lacy screen pass, and Bradford gets picked by HaHa to end a promising Viking drive. Things tighten up after that, Pack up 10-3 at the half. Nelson blows them up in the third quarter with two TDs, Starks has some good runs and the Pack wins 27-17.

I don't think our offense is ready for this environment and top notch defense.   It's going to be loud and they are going to be fast off the snap.   I'd like to see MM play a ball control offense feeding Lacy 30 times, but we do what we do.

13-17 Queens.

Doesn't matter if it's Shaun Hill or Sam Bradford, both crumble under pressure and this D will pressure them. Their O couldn't score a TD on the Titans D and Rodgers won't turn the ball over like Mariotta. Won't be a pretty win, I know how some require wins to be stylish, but it will be a division win.

Packers 17

Vikings 9

Think GD is on to something. Their O is pathetic. If we can get turnovers, it's ours even with the hyped up fans.

I think it will be 30-13 GB.  But to get there the Pack will need to change their tactics a little.  They should allow a rush on AR so that he is in their grasp when he throws a desperation pass in the only impossible place for Adams to get it.  Since it isn't one he should catch, he will catch it.  With Janis HANDy capped, we need a new version of the hail mary play that is now a staple in the Packer play book.

Whomever the vikings QB is, I think he will be under a lot of pressure all day. I think MM's game plan will be opened up against the vikings and we see Cook, RRodgers used more often as well as Abbrederis under the coverage. Cobb and Jordy will draw extra coverage so the other receivers should be one on one. Scoring for the Packers are Cook, Jordy and Lacy. INTs by Hyde and Ha Ha. Packers win 24-13. How nice will it be when we defeat he vikings in the home opener of their new stadium? The only thing louder than the vikings fans during the game will be the sound of their whining in their loss to the Packers in week 2!  GO PACK, GO!!!

The Pack played better on the road last year against these guys.  They might be up for the challenge again.   I respect the Vikings defense, I think they've got something to build on there, but Rodgers and Co. are too strong for them.  Pack 24 Vikes 17.

Electric atmosphere of the new stadium and Zimmer's defense make me nervous about this one, but still am going with the Pack. Offense begins to put it together and the Queen defense struggles against an improving Packer defense (AP under 100).

Packers 30

Queens 20

somehow I think we drop this one in an ugly 19-17 slugfest. Queens get 4 fgs and a ST score.

Turnovers, penalties and sacks stall drives.

thats ok, because after this one and the questions that are sure to follow, the pack goes on a tear and buries the vikes in the division by Thanksgiving

I don't care about the score.  I just want a Packers win so the Vikings will always have to live with the knowledge that the Packers won in their own stadium before they did.

Packers - Winners

Vikings - Losers

A Packer win will shut the mouths of those who begged for this match up as their first game in their new stadium-- which a friend of mine fondly calls "The Terrarium.". It will temporarily cease the BS that is never ending in the "Look at me!" State and it will put the Packers one game up over a division rival in a head to head contest. This game, seemingly, already has playoff implications. It's time to bury the vikings' chances of an NFC North crown repeat. Beat that purple into the turf of The Terrarium so we can hear how things would have been different if Teddy had not been injured.

The Queens and their fans are really fired up with the new stadium. Their D looks good but there are major questions around QB, Peterson and Blair Walsh.  Also, the Vikings have several key injuries on both sides of the ball.

Pack 17-Purple Putzes 10.

Tough to predict. Too many unknowns and this is early in the season. Vikings have improved even with unknown at QB.

For them, Rudolph runs wild, Diggs digs deep and no Rhodes is the X factor . For us its who catches the ball. If its more dink and dunk then we are sunk. I am going out on a limb and say that Janis!'s arm plays a role on ST's. Eddies runs weigh heavily on the outcome. I hear its going to be loud there so no offsides for Rodgers. So in the end we lose. However, its the spark that fuels our run to the playoffs.

Vikings 21 Packers 17

Lemme guess.

You were the 4th caller to name the 4 Super Bowls that the Vikings lost----no thanks to the #4 quarterback with the 4 inch dick.

Wild guess.
