So anyone have any secrets to scoring a room last minute for a night game? Decided to head up for the Thursday night game, and every room in GB and Appleton has been sold out since April. Anyone have any tips or places they've had luck finding last minute?

The only way to get a room is to open your wallet real wide and book 2 nights.

How much does it cost to rent a RV?
(ain't like it's 20 below)
Parking prices have also doubled in the neighborhood behind Kroll's since the Packers are eliminating a lot of parking space by buying up all the land. Was $10 in previous years and now $20.
the guy's lawn that I usually park on told me the stadium district thang displaced over 7,000 parking spots.
All good options, with homeless shelter slightly in the lead.
There was a group of Packer fans who used to rent a U-Haul and spend the night in it in the Packers Hall of Fame parking lot the night before the game. Why not give that a shot? Sounds like an adventure if you ask me!
It is probably like a 40 mile drive south of Green Bay but there is a pretty nice Best Western in Chilton. Stayed there many times when I was driving truck.
Cities/towns slightly under 2 hours or less from Green Bay - Neenah/Menasha, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Waupun, Beaver Dam. (Re: Waupun, Beaver Dam - don't take Hwy 26 to 41, take 151 to Military Road to 41.) Search for hotels.
Manitowoc. Harbor Town Inn.

They have joined in with the Green Bay hotels and show sold out for all the games. We used to stay there.
Thanks again for the tips, gang! We actually ended up finding a friend of a friend willing to let us crash.
FWIW, I did actually call an RV rental place, and they still had some nice options that slept four still available today. Price was only $299 and would have been way more fun than a hotel, so keep that one in your back pocket in a pinch....or a U-Haul.
Where was the RV rental place? That's an intriguing idea.
