Pats play at Denver in week 15. Both could be 15-0 at that time so I'll sat Broncos will be the last to lose.
As for the last team to win I'll say Bears.

Den and NE can't be 15-0 in week 15 they would be 14-0 which still isn't gonna happen
The Eagles play in the weakest Division, so I'll say them even though my gut says the Patsies because they only face the Bills before Brady comes back.
The Browns play in a tough division with no QB and the worst talent of the bunch.
I say Chicago, because TBSS.
Well the last one to win has to be the Browns. I live in Ohio and don't care for their team at all but man do I feel bad for their fans.
I have to go with the Pats as the last to be beaten. I truly think Bellichick sold his soul to the devil.
The Browns is a fairly easy choice to make for last team to win a game. TBSS, and they do have Jay Cutler which is more than what Cleveland can say. Sad, but true.
The last team to lose a game is a bit tougher. Herschel made a good point about the Eagles being in a weak division, but the Cheatriots play in the weakest, IMO.
I'll pick the Broncos for last team to lose a game. I think they have the easiest schedule, and most of this should be settled by week 7.
I say the Pats lose this weekend. Garapollo will be out and Rex will pressure the rookie QB into some mistakes.
Garapollo was back at practice yesterday, as was Brissett. The Ryans are dunderheaded enough to screw up if they faced Edelmann at QB.

I think the vikes will win this week....unfortunately....
I'll catch hell for this but I think the Vikes will go undefeated! 
But the good news is the wildcard Pack will defeat the Purple Grimaces in that abomination of a Swingline to win the NFC Title. Imagine the Vike fan crying and whining after that one!
