Some interesting photos here from Life magazine, but these haven't appeared before. I love the Adderley one at the end of the game. It's easy to see how hard-hitting the game was and the toll it took.

Yea I've seen that one before too... still funny seeing a professional athlete smoking a cigarette and drinking a beer (I think) during halftime of a football game.
They should bring that back, at least the drinking part. Brings all new meaning to half-time adjustments.
I looked through those pictures and I really liked the picture of Herb Adderley and Fred Arbanas walking together after the game. Just think how much money those two would make if they could be 27 again. Adderley is still one of the greatest DB's in history, and I know GB hopes they find a younger version of #26.
Love the picture of Lenny Dawson with a smoke and a Fresca in the locker room, (probably halftime).
It really was a different game.

I think it's a Fresca. The labeling is also indicative of soft drinks rather than beer, additionally during that time period, beer was most often in cans. But my initial thought was indeed a beer. Picture is a classic.
