Starting the thread before the game this time.
Will the first play be set up for Middleton? If they faked the double screen for him and had a guy roll to the basket off that action they'd probably have a layup.

Great start.......
They just need to give up on Middleton in this series as an iso player. He doesn’t have the size or athleticism advantage to use. Get him moving, more motion in the offense. Catch and shoot.
Looking better now, with the starters on the bench interestingly enough.
DD starting to cobe around. Orlando’s only offense is Vucevic right now...
Giannis hits the wide open 3, and Orlando immediately counters.
Bucks rotations 11 deep even in the playoffs. I don’t think that’s sustainable.
DD having a better night despite the turnover.
That was a poster block.
Giannis has decided to take over right now. It's beautiful to watch
Bucks attacking the paint in this game... defense to offense... turning this one out quickly right now.
Giannis plays almost perfect for a quarter and a half and then misses 2 FTs including an airball.
How many airball ft's is that for Giannis this series?
Middleton breaking through now...
Justice Now got in a fight with Black Lives Matter...
Doesn't hurt Milwaukee much to eject Marvin Williams, but seems a bit much to eject him for holding Ennis' jersey. Just means a few minutes for Ersan
Officiating seems to be trying to even the playing field nonetheless... there’s a few calls I don’t think I ever see. If Lopez can’t do that, Lebron, Jimmy Butler, Luka Doncic... they can either.
What the hell, did Brook just get ejected too?
Best half in a while... hammering them.
70 point first half. The ship seems to have been righted.
Giannis plays an almost perfect half. 8 for 8 from the field, 2 for 2 from deep, great defense.
16 minutes, 21 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 airball FT. It didn't phase him (although he missed the 2nd FT, too), but how do you an airball a FT in the middle of an otherwise completely dominant run.
They need to keep the pedal down to start the 3rd, keep the lead at least where it's at and have Giannis sit for the entire 4th. Then, come out and hammer them in the first half of Game 1 so the Magic don't think they have a chance in the series.
Giannis either air balls or the ball goes in.
Normally, if I told you a guy would have 2 airballs in unguarded situations in 21 minutes of playing time (one 3, one FT), you'd think they were really off. But Giannis is 9-10 from the floor and 6-9 from the line. He could have 50 against the Magic if he really wanted to.
Bucks lost some focus and let a 31 point game get down to 18. The game isn't in question, but now have to play Giannis and the starters for a few more minutes than they should have.
This ones over. Time to get some yard work done. How does the #1 seed with the MVP play at noon on a saturday instead of prime time?
Down to 17. Let's get a little run here and put this away for good.

Now the lead is down to 15 from 34.
You just cannot play without intensity. They aren’t good enough- they have to play harder to win. The D intensity left them and now they’re giving up layups and open 3s.
Interesting the lead falls to 15 and Bud calls timeout to set up a 3 for Bledsoe.
Down to 12. Come on. This is getting ridiculous.
Middleton goes 7 for 17 and the story is that he's shooting normal again? I mean, it was adequate, but still not great.
But that’s normal for him...
Boston and Toronto sweeping in the first round makes for a really interesting R2 matchup.
It’s looking more and more likely that Miami v Milwaukee is shaping up next but the Bucks need to quit messing around and dispatch the Magic already.
Miami's offensive strategy is to set up as many open 3 point looks for their shooters as possible. The only guy that really threatens you in terms of bulk scoring inside the 3 point line is Jimmy Butler. Adebayo can score, but I don't think he's going to be the main factor that beats your defense over 7 games.
Does Bud consider modifying the drop defense against Miami in a 7 game series? The only guy over 6'7" that Miami plays more than 15 minutes a game is Adebayo. Olynk plays about 15, but other than that it's a bunch of 6'5" to 6'7" guys. Brook Lopez is a tough decision against this lineup. They are going to put him in a pick and roll situations and get open 3s like they did during the year. Do the Bucks go smaller and give Marvin Williams more minutes or do they ride out Brook?
Who guards Jimmy Butler? Wes Matthews and Marvin Williams?
As I said earlier in the thread, Vegas might favor the Heat in this series. Before winning in the bubble against the Heat without Butler, the Bucks lost both regular season games to them.
