Officiating seems to be trying to even the playing field nonetheless... there’s a few calls I don’t think I ever see. If Lopez can’t do that, Lebron, Jimmy Butler, Luka Doncic... they can either.

Giannis plays an almost perfect half. 8 for 8 from the field, 2 for 2 from deep, great defense.

16 minutes, 21 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 airball FT. It didn't phase him (although he missed the 2nd FT, too), but how do you an airball a FT in the middle of an otherwise completely dominant run.

They need to keep the pedal down to start the 3rd, keep the lead at least where it's at and have Giannis sit for the entire 4th. Then, come out and hammer them in the first half of Game 1 so the Magic don't think they have a chance in the series.

Normally, if I told you a guy would have 2 airballs in unguarded situations in 21 minutes of playing time (one 3, one FT), you'd think they were really off. But Giannis is 9-10 from the floor and 6-9 from the line. He could have 50 against the Magic if he really wanted to.

Boston and Toronto sweeping in the first round makes for a really interesting R2 matchup.

It’s looking more and more likely that Miami v Milwaukee is shaping up next but the Bucks need to quit messing around and dispatch the Magic already.

Miami's offensive strategy is to set up as many open 3 point looks for their shooters as possible.  The only guy that really threatens you in terms of bulk scoring inside the 3 point line is Jimmy Butler. Adebayo can score, but I don't think he's going to be the main factor that beats your defense over 7 games.

Does Bud consider modifying the drop defense against Miami in a 7 game series? The only guy over 6'7" that Miami plays more than 15 minutes a game is Adebayo. Olynk plays about 15, but other than that it's a bunch of 6'5" to 6'7" guys. Brook Lopez is a tough decision against this lineup. They are going to put him in a pick and roll situations and get open 3s like they did during the year. Do the Bucks go smaller and give Marvin Williams more minutes or do they ride out Brook?

Who guards Jimmy Butler? Wes Matthews and Marvin Williams?

As I said earlier in the thread, Vegas might favor the Heat in this series. Before winning in the bubble against the Heat without Butler, the Bucks lost both regular season games to them.
