Brilliant decision resting everybody in a very winnable game to come out and lay a brick on national television. Way to completely blow the momentum gained from beating Philly and Brooklyn.
KM can walk home. Pitiful performance today. He’s a great player, but he had too many of these games where he completely disappears.

No arguments here. I had full season tickets in Kidd’s final season with the Bucks and Budenholzer’s first season with Bucks. It was night and day, coach Bud was clearly a couple levels above Kidd and the improvement was astronomical.
That said, I think Kidd is coaching the Mavs better than he coached with the Bucks. Maybe he’s learned from his failures? Hopefully so for the Mavs players’ sake as he sounded borderline abusive when he was Bucks coach.

Kidd also just was an idiot on some strategic things. The fact he ordered guys to miss FTs in the last couple seconds of a game when they were up three to prevent four point plays might have been the dumbest thing I've ever heard in professional sports.
