Might as well make this the game thread. Hopefully the Bucks make it even merrier.
Fast start for both teams. Brunson hot for NY.
Giannis and Middleton grab some pine early.
Can’t really complain during a seven game winning streak that has us a half game out of the best record in the NBA, but some Bucks defense would make for a lovely Christmas present.
We’re down 43-30, Knicks shooting 57% (19 of 34), while our heroes are shooting an ice cold 13 of 33 (39.4%).
A nice Giannis finger wag, channeling his best inner Dikembe Mutunbo, before taking this game, would warm the cockles of my heart.
Now Middleton gets T'd up. Never seen that before.
Bucks completely out worked in the 1st half.

RJ Barrett started the previous game 1 for 10 from the field. He's 8 for 13 with 21 points today. That's the difference, along with some terrible shooting from the Bucks.
How is 6'2" Brunson getting to the basket so easily time and again?

Please…my wife was a nurse spent either Christmas or Christmas Eve away from the fam for most of 30 years. Back in the sixties I spent many a holiday on a ship when I worked for Uncle Sam.
The traveling sports guys will be fine.
Bucks got it back to 4, got a steal, didn't get a decent shot off, and then Brunson gets an and one. Back to 7
Just when the Bucks look like they've got something going, the Knicks respond.
Back to 9. Knicks just switch until they get Brunson on Portis and then get penetration and an easy shot.
Dame completely blows the last minute. Two bad turnovers. Bucks get outscored 4-0 in the last minute as Dame misses a FT, throws the ball away for a wide open layup, and then throws the ball away for what could have been a dagger 3 at the buzzer.
Bucks gave up an 8-0 run at the end of the first half too.
Down 11. Should have been no more than 7.
Almost over. Knicks are just running transition every possession. Make or miss. It's working really well, especially when Giannis is sitting.
Bucks need to make a big run before it's too late.
