His performance that is:
McCarthy impressed by BJ Colemans agressiveness. Energy.

Traditionally, this is the time of the year where rookie quarterbacks are getting their feet wet through basic plays and time-tested routes.
That hasn’t been the case with B.J. Coleman
.
In the fifth day of the Green Bay Packers’ training camp, the 6-foot-3 rookie out of the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga has been mixed in routinely with MVP quarterback Aaron Rodgers and backup Graham Harrell, who’s split time between the active roster and practice squad in each of the last two seasons.
That being said, Coleman’s eagerness in the huddle and ability to adjust during team periods has left an impression on Packers coach Mike McCarthy during the early portion of camp.
“I’m impressed with it because historically you give the younger quarterback some of the basic plays you’d script at the end of a period,” McCarthy said. “He’s very aggressive in the huddle, but he’s really young. He has a long way to go, but I love his energy. We’re not lining him up in the same play that you’d sometimes do in the past with young quarterbacks and it’s a good experience for him.”
Coleman agrees and so far in camp, he’s flashed the arm and potential that made the Packers comfortable enough to cut his third-string opposition, journeyman Nick Hill, at the start of organized team activities.

There's that word again. Energy.
I fully expect this kid to look very rookie-like in pre-season but have to like his attitude and effort so far. For a kid with his background, probably could not have landed in a better place than 1265.
