Giants have that awesome look (along with Cowboys) of a four win team.
Cullen Jenkins is playing his second year of a 3yr/$8 million contract. I get why GB let him go to Philly. I don't get why they didn't try and get him after Philly released him. Maybe they did and Cullen wanted nothing to do with it. At less than $3 million per he's still a value.
I just realized I'd rather see Golden Tate in Seattle.

I said this before, the worst thing for the other teams in the NFCN was when the Lions fired Jim Schwartz.
Giants are not a good team. I'd expect the Lions to handle them in their home opener

Agree... The Lions have a lot of talent. All they needed was a coach to put it all together.
It never bothers me to watch Eli and the gnats be awful. Loins look kinda good but there are flaws.
All the other teams in the division are a threat until we learn how to tackle.

Yeah, after Sunday & even that Lions/Giants game you can see.... absolutely anything can happen this year. Nothing will surprise me. A lot can change with injuries too.

If GB opened against the Giants at home and Detroit opened at Seattle Thursday night the theme would be, same old same old. Long season.
Pretty quiet in here tonight. This double hitter BS sucks. I like it about as much I do watching football on Thursday night.
Pretty depressing watching MLB's from other teams shooting gaps and making plays behind the line of scrimmage.
Arizona D looks like fast mayhem. Just a lot of speed trying to force fast decisions. Pressing the issue. Will be interesting to see if they can switch things up and stay aggressive or if Rivers figures them out first. Fun game to watch.
Old man Larry Foote looks and plays younger and faster than both our starters.

Man, that was a tight game. I expected we would field an offensive juggernaut backed up by a good defense. I hope San Diego's defense is better than expected. The Cardiac Coronary Cards didn't disappoint. One thing people don't realize, Cards stadium can get really loud and that helped at the end.
