Watching the latest Mertz debacle, it got me thinking about disappointing recruits. Guys coming in with a lot of fanfare and failing to live up to expectations. Below are three from me but I would love some more (unfriendly) reminders of others:
Graham Mertz
Rashard Griffith
Sam Okey

Sam Okey has to be on the top of the list
Kraig Appleton, Jaden Gault, Josh Ogelsby and certainly Graham Mertz come to mind.
Gault and Ogelsby should get a pass given injury issues.
Jalen Berger, now at MSU. Was supposed to make the Badgers forget all their prior NJ RB Recruits.
Berger might be the first good answer in this thread.
Logan Brown has to be the answer to this question/

100%. He was all-Big 10 first team in 1994-95, declared for the draft, and went in the 2nd round.

Went in and checked out the numbers and you are right, not a bad two years.
Curious of why my memories of him weren't the fondest and it must have been the super disappointing season under Van Gundy after they returned to the tourney the year before:

Some familiar names on that team. Michael Finley, Rashard Griffith, Howard Moore (the assistant coach who had to retire because of health issues last year),

Yep, forgot about it until GM threw the pick. Haven't been on this forum much since the pandemic started. Good to see that the internet flexers are still staying true to themselves. Nice work and thanks for some of the reminders on some 'Bucky Busts' (Griffith not included now).
