I'm watching and wondering if Lawrence should even bother going back to Clemson.  I know he can't enter the draft, but I'll bet if he took a year off and did nothing but train and study film, he'd still be the #1 pick in 2021

I haven't been able to find a working stream.
Screw 'em if don't want me to watch, I'll see it on the 10:00 PM news.

Oops, I thought we were talking about the college game.

Lawrence runs the ball as well as anyone I’ve seen in years. It’s a different style vs the typical running QB but damn he’s a beast to take down.

Burrow is not a plodder either.

Both seem like their body types could handle 10 NFL carries a game...Lamar Jackson just strikes me as an injury waiting to happen.

Indeed.

Thinking about Lawrence and Burrow.... Burrow has a lot of similarities to DeShaun Watson...I cant quite peg Lawrence...he’s got some unicorn in him....kind of leggy like Randall Cunningham.

Burrow is also a good man.  He raised over 520,000 dollars for his home town food bank, he talked of hunger and poverty in his home town at his Heisman trophy ceremony.  Cried about it actually.  I hope he wins this game.

Jim Brown stooped and with cane is as sad as seeing Ted Williams in a wheelchair...if the Gods of sport become frail, what chance do we mortals have?

Not as bad as seeing Ted's head in a freezer.

Jim Brown was a great running back.
An asshole as a human being.
And never had a good game against the Pack!

While his political views do not match mine...he strikes me as a man of integrity and socially conscious...what we’re his failings?

He uses the cane to beat his girlfriends.

ooooh Cunningham's a good comp.  Burrow is every bit the runner Lawrence is, just different style.  It looks like he's got great vision and good enough speed.

We all know how nerve wracking it is to have Buck and Aikman call a game. I think it is also bad for Kirk Herbstreit to be calling a game. The constant namedropping of anything Ohio State really gets old. He will dig deep to find a comparison for a play that was run, to one Ohio State ran, to somehow give relevancy to Ohio State's program and "greatness." He is the Paul Allen of college football broadcasters and Ohio State is the Minnesota vikings of college football.  He is as bad as either Buck or Aikman, in the booth. I'm betting his feelings are hurt because the great Ohio State was not in the Championship game. Thank God, for that!
