Washington almost got bailed out, but the holding call burns them.

And if there was any doubt, there it goes.

Harbaugh put Johnson 1-on-1 with Odunze and Polk all night and has struggled, but Penix couldn't capitalize. The rush got to Penix early and he's been beaten all night and been off his game.

Michigan....best team all year long and they finish it off with a Nat'l title.

Hats off to the Wolverines.

Charles Woodson & Desmond Howard party 🥳🎉 tonight.

Michigan has great players, but Harbaugh is the Belichek of college football rules. Unfortunately, it says a lot about society when guys like Harbaugh has fans more upset over his punishment vs. the infraction itself.

As for Penix, I remember him at Indiana. While he didn't have a lot of help last night, he also made several poor throws. The biggest concern I would have over him is that despite his size, he's made of glass. Two ACLs, clavicle surgery, a dislocated shoulder, and what looks like a rib injury last night. He's a guy who would benefit from a GB QB development plan: let him sit for a couple of years.

Never been a big Penix fan.  You are right when he is healthy he can be dangerous but he is also kind of streaky and like you said a long injury history.

As for Harbaugh I agree with you that there are a lot of people unset about his punishment.  Heck with all the shenanigan's he has pulled if coached at a non blue blood school he would have been hammered by the NCAA.  $10 says the NCAA will just look the other way when he leaves for the NFL.

If he sits for a couple years does he play before he turns 30?
